Atlas separates source material, extracted facts, analytical conclusions and client data. Material public facts retain their source, retrieval date, verification status and version history.

English

  1. Prefer government, regulator, registry, exchange and institution sources.
  2. Register source ownership, language, collection method, interval, copyright note and robots or terms review.
  3. Store source metadata and hashes. Full text is retained only when permission allows it.
  4. Consolidate reports about the same real-world event under one stable event record.
  5. Publish original summaries after human review. Unverified values remain unknown.
  6. Create a new immutable version for each material change and preserve the prior version.

Importance scores expose their components and are editorial prioritisation aids. They are not objective investment ratings.

  1. 优先采用政府、监管机构、注册处、交易所和机构官方来源。
  2. 登记来源主体、语言、采集方式、周期、版权说明及 robots／条款复核状态。
  3. 保存来源元数据和内容哈希；只有得到许可时才保存全文。
  4. 多个来源描述同一真实事件时，合并到一个稳定事件记录。
  5. 经人工复核后发布原创摘要；无法核验的数据保持未知。
  6. 每次重大变化创建不可变的新版本，并保留旧版本。
